RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
EazyTradeTrend provides digital products, including TradingView indicators, scripts, setup instructions, and related digital materials.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
All products sold by EazyTradeTrend are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
After payment is successfully completed, the customer will receive access to the purchased product or delivery instructions through the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product, download, script, access invitation, license, or delivery instructions have been provided.
We do not provide refunds because:
- The customer changed their mind;
- The customer no longer wants or needs the product;
- The customer did not fully review the product description before purchasing;
- The customer expected guaranteed trading results;
- The customer is unfamiliar with TradingView or does not know how to install or use a TradingView indicator;
- The customer's TradingView account, device, browser, internet connection, or third-party software is incompatible or unavailable;
- The customer experienced trading losses.
A refund may be considered when:
- The customer was charged more than once for the same order;
- The purchased product was not delivered and our support team is unable to provide access;
- A confirmed technical defect makes the product unusable and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase regarding a delivery problem, duplicate charge, or confirmed technical issue.
Before approving a refund, we may request order information, screenshots, error messages, or other reasonable information needed to investigate the issue.
TRADING RESULTS
Our products are educational and analytical tools only. They do not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.
We do not guarantee profits, specific results, accuracy, or the avoidance of financial losses. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, and customers are responsible for their own decisions.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled after the product, access invitation, download, script, license, or delivery instructions have been provided.
If you contact us before delivery has occurred, we may review the cancellation request at our discretion.
UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION
Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit the product or provide access to unauthorized third parties.
Violation of these conditions may result in termination of access without a refund.
